We work with jewelry designers, goldsmiths and private clients, from the first shape study to the final polish.

AC29 is a gemstone design and precision-cutting studio in Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange district. We specialize in unconventional forms, exact faceting and cuts developed to give each jewelry piece its own identity.

העבודה נעשית בתיאום מראש, לפרויקטים חד־פעמיים ולשיתופי פעולה מתמשכים.

Visits are by appointment, for one-off commissions and ongoing collaborations.

This is where a design becomes a gemstone. At AC29, each stone is refined by hand, one facet at a time. A dop holds the stone during cutting and polishing, allowing precise control over each facet’s position and angle.

A practical, one-to-one course at the AC29 workshop in Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange district. Get to know the faceting machine, understand how light behaves in a gemstone, and work through planning, cutting and polishing by hand.

למי הקורס מתאים?Who is it for?

למתחילים וגם למי שמגיע מעולמות התכשיטנות, העיצוב והמלאכה. לא נדרש ניסיון קודם בליטוש. מומלצות אוריינטציה טכנית בסיסית, נוחות בעבודה מדויקת עם הידיים, סבלנות ורצון ללמוד.

For beginners and people with a background in jewelry, design or craft. No previous faceting experience is required. Basic technical confidence, comfort with precise handwork, patience and a willingness to learn are recommended.

Faceting fundamentals, cut styles, gemstone anatomy, machines and tools.
Angles, indexing and symmetry; the pavilion, crown and table, and their role in light return.
Reading faceting diagrams and an introduction to GemCut Studio.
Planning from rough to finished stone, choosing materials and safe working practices.
Preforming, dopping and transferring the stone.
Cutting, polishing and quality control, with practice towards independent work.
