ביטול עסקה

לשליחת הודעת ביטול של עסקה עם AC29, אפשר לפנות לאסף כהן באימייל או בטלפון. אפשר גם לשלוח הודעה בוואטסאפ. זכויות ודרכי ביטול נוספות המוקנות בדין נשמרות.

מה לציין בהודעה
שם מלא, פרטי קשר ופרטים שמאפשרים לזהות את העסקה, כגון מועד ההרשמה או מספר ההזמנה, אם יש. יש לציין בבירור שמבוקש ביטול. אם יידרשו פרטי זיהוי נוספים לפי דין, נבקש אותם בערוץ מתאים. אין לשלוח פרטי כרטיס אשראי.
תנאי הביטול
הזכאות לביטול, המועדים, דמי ביטול ככל שמותרים וההחזר נקבעים לפי הדין החל על העסקה ונסיבותיה, לרבות זכויות מיוחדות ככל שחלות. תנאי העסקה שיימסרו לפני ההתקשרות אינם גורעים מזכויות מחייבות לפי דין. קורס, שירות ליטוש ופריט בהתאמה אישית עשויים להיות כפופים להסדרים שונים; עמוד זה אינו קובע החרגה גורפת לאף אחד מהם.
אין חובה לנמק בקשת ביטול כאשר הדין אינו דורש זאת. אם נדרש בירור לגבי הודעה ששלחתם, אפשר לפנות גם בטלפון. מדיניות פרטיות.
Cancel a transaction

What to include
Your full name, contact details and information identifying the transaction, such as the enrolment date or order reference, if available. Clearly state that you wish to cancel. If further identification is required by law, we will request it through an appropriate channel. Do not send payment-card details.
Cancellation terms
Eligibility, deadlines, permitted fees and refunds depend on applicable law and the transaction's circumstances, including any applicable special rights. Pre-contractual terms do not override mandatory statutory rights. Tuition, cutting services and custom items may be subject to different rules; this page creates no blanket exemption.
A reason is not required where the law does not require one. You may follow up by telephone about a notice you sent. Privacy policy.
