איזה מידע מתקבל ולשם מה

באתר אין חשבון משתמש, טופס איסוף פרטים או מערכת תשלום. אם תבחרו לפנות בוואטסאפ, בטלפון או באימייל, ייתכן שנקבל את שמכם, פרטי הקשר, תוכן הפנייה ותמונות או קבצים שתבחרו לשלוח. המידע משמש למענה, להכנת הצעה, לתיאום ביקור או לימוד ולטיפול בהזמנה לפי בקשתכם. ככל שנוצרת עסקה, ייתכן שנדרש לשמור פרטים ומסמכים גם לצורכי תיעוד וקיום חובות שבדין.

מסירת פרטי פנייה היא מרצונכם ואינה חובה חוקית לצורך גלישה באתר. ללא פרטים הדרושים למענה או לביצוע הבקשה, ייתכן שלא נוכל להשיב או לספק את השירות המבוקש. אנא מסרו רק מידע הדרוש לפנייה; אין לשלוח סיסמאות או פרטי כרטיס אשראי.

מידע טכני ועוגיות

ספקי האחסון והאבטחה של האתר, ובהם תשתית Sites של OpenAI ו־Cloudflare, עשויים לעבד מידע טכני כגון כתובת IP, מועד הבקשה, כתובת העמוד, סוג הדפדפן ונתוני אבטחה לצורך הצגת האתר, תפעולו והגנה מפני שימוש לרעה. בבדיקה זוהתה עוגיית האבטחה __cf_bm של Cloudflare.

בגרסה זו לא הוטמעו באתר כלי מדידה או פרסום כגון Google Analytics או Meta Pixel. הגופנים נטענים מהאתר עצמו. אפשר לשלוט בעוגיות באמצעות הגדרות הדפדפן; חסימת עוגיות אבטחה עלולה להשפיע על הגישה לאתר. אם יתווספו כלי מעקב או מטרות שימוש חדשות, מדיניות זו והסדרי היידוע וההסכמה יעודכנו בהתאם לצורך ולדין.

שירותים חיצוניים ומסירת מידע

לחיצה על קישור לוואטסאפ, לאינסטגרם או לאימייל מעבירה לשירות חיצוני הכפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות של ספקו. פניות נשמרות ומעובדות גם במערכות התקשורת שבהן נעשה שימוש, כגון WhatsApp ו־Gmail. ספקי תשתית ותקשורת עשויים לעבד מידע מחוץ לישראל.

מידע עשוי להיות נגיש לספקי שירות המסייעים במענה, בתפעול או בביצוע עסקה, במידה הנדרשת למטרות אלה, או להימסר כאשר קיימת חובה חוקית. פנייה לקבלת מידע על קורס אינה בקשה להצטרף לרשימת פרסום. משלוח פרסומות, ככל שייעשה, יהיה כפוף לדין ולהסכמה הנדרשת.

שמירה ואבטחה

המידע יישמר ככל הנדרש למטרות הטיפול בפנייה או בעסקה ולחובות תיעוד לפי דין. מידע שאינו נדרש עוד ייבחן לצורך מחיקה או צמצום. הגישה למידע מיועדת לצורכי השירות והתפעול בלבד. האתר משתמש בחיבור מוצפן; שום מערכת אינה יכולה להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת.

זכויות ופניות

Information and purposes

The website has no user account, contact form or payment system. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we may receive your name, contact details, enquiry and any images or files you choose to send. We use these to respond, prepare a quotation, arrange visits or tuition, and handle an order at your request. Transaction records may also be retained to meet legal obligations.

Providing enquiry details is voluntary and is not legally required to browse the website. Without information necessary to respond or fulfil a request, we may be unable to do so. Please provide only relevant information and do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Technical data and cookies

Hosting and security providers, including OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times, page URLs, browser information and security data to deliver and operate the website and prevent abuse. Cloudflare's __cf_bm security cookie was observed during testing.

This version has no embedded Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising/analytics tools. Fonts are served from the website itself. Cookies can be managed in browser settings; blocking security cookies may affect access. If tracking tools or new purposes are introduced, this policy and relevant notice/consent arrangements will be updated as required.

External services and recipients

WhatsApp, Instagram and email links open external services subject to their providers' privacy policies. Enquiries are also stored and processed in the communication services used, such as WhatsApp and Gmail. Infrastructure and communication providers may process information outside Israel.

Information may be accessible to service providers assisting with enquiries, operations or a transaction, to the extent required for those purposes, or disclosed where legally required. An enquiry about a course is not a request to join a marketing list. Any advertising messages will be subject to applicable law and required consent.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed to handle the enquiry or transaction and comply with record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed will be reviewed for deletion or minimisation. Access is intended for service and operational purposes. The website uses an encrypted connection; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to Israeli privacy law, you may request access to your personal information and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated.
